Boot CD not runs under windows 7 ! Help Please !

H and greeting from germany,

today I bought a new PC with Window home premium (64bit) on it.
I install my Recovery and also the new updates. Next step I create a boot disk
and as I start with this disk, the PC starts to the blue acronis screen, where I can choose
and when i choose recovery , the screen turns black and in the left corner
is written "Acronis is loading - please wait..." and the system stops after a while,
it doesn´t start... also with a boot CD from another PC the Boot CD will not work untill the
end - what could I do ? Need help !

Welcome to our Forum, we're glad you joined us! I completely understand the issue and will be glad to help you with it!

The problem is caused by the glitch in the loader. In order to solve it we need to get you updated bootable media with another loader. I'm glad to inform you that currently you can download it directly from your account and burn it onto the CD.

I would appreciate if you could try this solution and let me know the result. Should the issue persist, we will find another way to solve it!

Hallo Yana,

weel, I try your solution, dowload the file, burn a CD with the ISO file, but it does
not work, same problem as before, the computer stops and in the left top corner is written
ACRONIS i loading - please wait. But nothing happens...
We need another solution for this problem, I think !
