Hi,
I don't see anymore the option to change SID in the bootable CD od the build 17437 of Advanced workstation 11.
In the older releases I always had it. Did something change?

It should be there if archive is of disk/volume type and is recognized as containing Windows operating system. In case of Windows 7 'system reserved' partition should be included in the backup too. Does previous build ( 17318 ) prompt for 'change SID' option and 17437, for the same archive, not? Is this option there if you create the restore task under Windows?

Lascor, i would also check if resizing is possible (see http://kb.acronis.com/content/6042 + http://kb.acronis.com/content/21595).
If not, running chkdsk /f and creating a fresh backup (incremental should be enough) could help to get the resize and SID change options back.
