Bug in Acronis Backup and Recovery Server v12708 makes it unusable on Ubuntu EC Server 10.10

Hi,
I always get an error when I try to start a backup. The log entry details are below. I tried executing '/usr/lib/Acronis/BackupAndRecoveryAgent/BackupAndRecoveryService' from root in my own bash shell/ command line. I received an error that it could not find the shared object libicu38.so. I believe this is a programming error on your part, since you have not properly included your shared object files in LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Please ask your programmers to fix this, so that I can use the software I paid $1800 for. When it works, I'm a big fan.
