Can not connect to license server

Thread needs solution

Good Morning,

Last week I attempted to upgrade to B&R 10 from Acronis True Image Echo Power Edition Server. When it came to the stage of allocating a license all was well. However, after the installation completed I realised that it didn't use the upgrade license instead it used one of the normal licenses. As I needed the full license for a different server I revoked the license and allocated it to the correct server.

Since then I am unable to connect to the license server from the upgrade server. We are receiving bad username or password. I know we are using the correct password as I can connect from the other server which has the same version.

Please can you advise how to resolve this issue?

Thank you for finding time to report about the issue, I appreciate it.

It looks to be the issue with the permissions. In order to localize the issue, please create another user with the same rights, and check whether you can connect to the machine with the help of credentials of this user. If the issue remain, please reinstall the License Server and check again.

Should the problem persist, please gather Acronis Info, submit a case with the information attached and issue description, and let us know its number.
