can not connect to port 4011

Thread needs solution

I have install acronis backup and recovery server 10 in a windows server 2003. The components includes the PXE server which exists with DHCP server.
In DHCP server, I have set up option 60 PXEClient, value: PXEClient, option 66 boot server host name, value: local host name, and option: 67 bootfile name, value: pxeboot.com.

when I connect my destination PC to the server, and reboot MY PC, I use wireshark in windows server to monitor the process of PXE booting.
After my PC got IP address from DHCP server, when MY pc connects the windows server again, the windows response an error message to my PC:
Destination unreachable( Port unreachable)
destination port: altserviceboot (4011).

I find some directories about PXE server:
\program files\acronis\PXEserver
\documents and settings\all users\application dates\acronis\PXEserver

Who can tell me why the problem happen?

Which directory is the root directory of PXE server, that means I should put the OS images in the directory?

WHat relationship is it between PXE server and file server of acronis backup and recovery server

Dear Chris!

Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here! I understand your concern and will be glad to help you.

It's hard to say for sure why this is happening, Development team considers the default PXE settings and ports to be involved. Anyway, we've managed to reproduce the issue in our environment, and the workaround is not that obvious: in case PXE doesn't work with option 60, turn it (option) off. It should solve the issue.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you!

I have an Acronis Snap Deploy 4 PXE Server hosted on my Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 machine, however when I connect the PXE-Client to the server I get an address from DHCP but I get a PXE - E32: TFTP Open timeout error.

I have dhcp option 66 set to the server address but cant seem to figure out the option 67 boot file name for the acronis server.

and when I removed the dhcp options 66 and 67 i do not get an IP address.

the only file i could find in the acronis directory was C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\PXEServer\bootwiz.bin.

How do I get the clients to boot into Acronis?
