Cannot backup VM's in Cluster. Receives "Source is not selected. The operation has been terminated." error

I keep getting this error when trying to backup any of the vm.'s:

"Source is not selected. The operation has been terminated"

VM Environment:

Iam runing ESX/ VSphere 4.0
I have a Cluster with 4 hosts.
The Acronis Virtual Appliance is up and runing and can see all of the Vm's in the cluster, but I cannot backup any of them to my SAN. All of the disks are set to non-persistant.

Acronis Server:

Windows 2008, 64 bit VM
Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 Virtual Edition. build 10.0.11639

Has anyone else run into this issue?

I had already tried the snapapi driver and that did not work.

Unfortnately due to the lack of information it's impossible to identify the exact cause of the issue, so the situation requires investigation.

  1. Acronis Info from the host machine
  2. Virtual appliance logs
