Cannot restore
I am attaching three jpegs. They all show where my files are but cannot find them. How can I access my files to restore? I seem to keep getting "Please, Locate the volume number 6."

Thank you for your response.
Let's find the exact reason of the issue.
First of all, please check the archive for corruption. Have you validated the archive after its creation? Launch the program -> Operations -> Validate Backup Archive.
Please check the integrity of the sixth archive, if it is corrupted, please check the full backup file.
We have an article in our Knowledge Base, it describes on how to troubleshoot the issue with corrupted backups. The article is available here.
If Validate Wizard doesn't detect the archive corruption, please renew the metadata information database. Acronis True Image Home 2009 stores information about the backup archives in the metadata information database.
The database file is named archives.xml and is located in:
- Windows 2000/XP: Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Database
- Windows Vista: Program Data\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Database
Delete the archives.xml file.
After that launch the program, Create Backup task -> Manage and Restore -> Add the archives by Browse for backup button and see if the issue remains.
