Can't Edit Backup plans and task
I have a Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 (build 10.0.11345). I can't seem to edit my backup plans.
Anyone having the same issue? or fix for it ?

Thank you.. I am downloading it now hopefully it should work. Does it require a reboot on the server? I want to know so i can schedule to reboot maintenance.

Update to the latest build normally doesn't require a reboot, so we're not expecting a reboot request in your case. Feel free to update the product!

it updated the acronis build 12457 but I am still having the same issues. Still cant "edit or delete" a backup Plan.
I created a new backup plan and i could edit it but not the old

In this case we need to take a closer look at the issue. Could you please try the following steps:
- Download Acronis Scheduler Manager. Open command prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd); run schedmgr.exe and issue the following command:
task zap
(!) This will erase all traces of all the tasks. - Update Scheduler as mentioned in this article
- Reboot the machine
- Recreate the tasks
Check whether the issue remains. Should it be present, gather the following information:
- Exact sequence of steps performed
- Backup settings screenshot
- Acronis info from the problem machine
- Screenshot of the issue

Hi Guys,
I am having issue with backing up one server 2008r2, see error below.
Backup plan is centralized and run with the same credentials for other servers.
I repaired agent and installed new version (11.5.39029)
Services :
Acronis Managed Machine Service - log on as Domain Admin
Acronis Remote Agent Service - log on as NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService
Acronis Removable Storage Management Service - log on as Domain Admin

Hi Hernan,
1. Please specify the target via IP address instead of the domain name. If there are DNS issues and the share cannot be accessed using the DNS name of the NAS or the server with the share then accessing it via the IP address should resolve the problem.
Use ping command to check the connection.
2. Please specify admin credentials to this share in format "IP\admin name".
3. Please check that this user does have permissions to access this share.
4. Disable the Firewall on the server with the network shared folder and on the Windows Server with Acronis Agent for Windows installed and check the behavior.
5. Check the MMS user permissions as described in the userguide and in the KB.
P.S. for the service Acronis Removable Storage Management Service it is recommended to specify Local System as user.
