Compatibility issues with Acronic backup and Recovery 10 and Windows 7

My harddrive crashed so Dell Support team managed to salvage the situation but loaded Windows 7. Prior to this I dont know what Windows system I had but Acronis backup and recovery 10 was working fine.

I have downloaded the disc again and now I am getting an error message about incompatibilities with Windows 7.

Is there any solution to this other than going out and buying version 11.5?!

Backup & Recovery 10 (except the very first build 10287) is compatible with Windows 7. Can you post the screenshot of error message?
