Connection Problems after Upgrade vom ABR 10 to 11

Last week we updated our ABR from 10 to 11 and since then a lot of problems are causing us some headache!
After upgrading some of the linux agents to version 11.0.17318-1 some of the servers are offline in the acronis management server. A few of them are fine, but most of them I can't get them back online.
Then I thought I'd just remove them from the AMS and reconnect them. Now that's not possible at all anymore, failing with the following error:
