Cosolidation over ftp

Hi,

I have a server loaded with Backup and Recovery 10 for Windows and I noticed that when it consolidates over ftp, it takes just as long as if it were creating a full image, which could take hours. Is it possible to load acronis on the ftp server and have it consolidate automatically? How are other people doing this?

Bump! I have the same need - i.e., I have to do backup using ftp from a remote site to my own ftp server and would like to perform the consolidation at the ftp server. How do we do this?

We try the same with SFTP. Same thing, when consolidating, it uploads almost a full backup, which is many many GB. A way ton consolidate at the SFTP location?

In other words, create a "online backup of Acronis" but with our own products
