Deploy windwos backup agent to client pc

Hi, We try to remote deploy the windows backup agent to our end user's Windows XP with SP3 system in AMS. But this user PC automatic restart and in AMS console show the error log follow in attachment file.

The strange thing is this issue not always happen when we remote deploy windows backup agent to new Windows XP's PC.
