Differentail or Incremental backup keep failing

I have Build 11.0.17437

I ran full backup of the two virtual servers and told it to convert to
virtual machine. Appliance created the VMs and Full Backup were successfull.
i created a new differntail task for the same servers and told it to
create virtual machine but keep failing and getting the following error for Differentail or Incremental:

ProtectCommand: Failed to execute the command.
