difficulty in deploy agent to ESXi 4

Hi,

I installed a Acronis mangement system to one of a VM and tried to deploy the backup agents to HOST of ESXi 4.1.0 with below problem/failure. Do someone know whether it is not support.

I have downloaded a trial version "Acronis® Backup & Recovery™ 10 Advanced Server Virtual Edition." and have below error once deploy the acronis agent. The acronis management system is installed to one of a vm of ESXi 4.1.0 host server.
