distributing back-ups to 4 different locations?

I am trying to back-up approx. 4TB of data using Acronis to 4 RDX external USB drives, each with 1TB cartridges. I was told that the host system recognizes the drives as 4 different drive letters (Z: Y: X: V:). Can Acronis back-up the data across all 4 drives automatically? (I know I can use one RDX drive and switch out the cartridges but that's not an option at this point. Everything has done automatically and there won't be anyone to switch cartridges.)
