Do I have to Create another Boot CD after Registering

I just registered the trial version of TI 2010, and the program told me that I would have to create a new back-up to be safe. I was just wondering if this means having to burn a new, bootable CD, too.

The boot CD from the Trial will not have the Backup feature on it, so yes, once you have a registered version you should create a new boot CD.
