Does Acronis B&R 10 build 11639 support the Intel Raidcontroller on the Supermicro X8SIL-F board?

Hi,

I have a problem. We have the new Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 with Universal Restore built 11639 but I can´t make an Backupfile because it dosnt show me any hdds. It´s an intel raidcontroller on board on the supermicro X8SIL-F board. This board has two raidcontrollers on baord an inteal an an adaptec. Acronis works fine with the adaptec but not with the intel one. We also have the last 9er version of Acronis Echo Enterprise Server built 9.7.8206 with Universal Restore and now it comes the older Version recognizes and works with both raidcontrollers the intel and adaptec one.
So why doesn´t the new version support the intel raidcontroller but the older does?

I've checked our internal resources, and there are no known issue matching your description. So the most probable reason is the lack of drivers on the original media. This can be resolved by obtaining the updated media on alternative loader. You can download it from your account and burn it onto the CD.

This should help to resolve the issue. Should it remain, please gather Acronis Linux Report and contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
