Error 1 (408) and 41(307)

Thread needs solution

Hi,

From the last days I have this problem:

I tried disable the AV but I'm not sure what can be?

Hello Hedel,

This message usually means that the backup agent cannot get information about the assigned license key -> operation fails. Try to re-assign the license as described in the article Acronis Backup 11.7/11.5/11 Errors Out with "A problem with licenses has occurred" or "Feature is disabled". Let me know if that was helpful. 

Hi, thank you. Yes you are right, there is a problemm, the license server don't exist any more. I'm trying to change it to apply a standalone license, but keeps searching for the old server. Is that possible? (I mean, apply an standalone license?)

Could you connect to the Agent directly, then go to Options > Machine options from the top menu and make sure Stand-alone management is checked? If no, please check this box -> Agent will be removed from the Management Server (I assume it is currently added to the Acronis Management Server, which is one of the components for centralized management and hence requires Advanced license key and License Server installed). Then assign the standalone license manually as described in https://kb.acronis.com/content/30947#Solution_1_Assigning_License2

Yes, I checked it's as 'stand-alone' but when I try to change the license keep showing an error connecting to the license server. I also checked the Acronis Managed Machine Service (is running) and restarted the complete server.

Have you installed the Agent for Windows using the standalone or Advanced installation file? You'll need to re-install the software using one of AcronisBackup_11 installers (without Advanced in the name). You can download the installation file from your account or send me the license key in a personal message (click on Send message on my profile) and I'll give you the direct download link.

The existing backup plans can be exported and imported back after re-installation.
