i new fresh install AB11 on windows 2008R2 server member of domain

the backup task report error

This happens if you back up to a network share, where personal or centralized unmanaged vault is located, and an operation with a .lck file, that is used to control shared access to the vault, failed. To check if it the cause, if you back up to a NAS, try to use a shared folder on a Windows-based machine or a local folder.
