Error creating ABR10 Universal Restore Boot CD

HI. I installed ABR10 Advanced Workstation (with Universal Restore). I'm trying to create a bootable CD (Linux type) using the Universal Restore feature. During the wizard, I see the "Universal Restore" feature correctly enabled, but, at the end of the process, I receive the following error message:

E0018000B error
agent_ramdisk.dat
Cannot load the requested components. Reinstall again Acronis boot media builder

I already reinstalled this component, but the error persists.

Can you help me?

Hello Daniele,

Thank you for finding time to report about the issue, and open the thread regarding this issue, I will be glad to address it.

There can be several possible reasons for this issue, thus it requires investigation. But before we proceed with it, I would like to offer you a workaround: 

  1. Register Acronis Universal Restore license to our account
  2. Download the bootable media in *.iso format
  3. Burn it onto the CD

This should fix the problem.

first of all, thank you very much for your support! I hadn't registered my license, that's why I did not see the option to download the UR iso image.
