Error: Failed to open the backup location

Hi,

I have Acronis backup and recovery 11 running on 2 servers, both failing to backup with the same errors.

I have just recreated the jobs and set a backup running again and i got the following problems -

* at least twice during the scan it will require user intervention as it says;
''Details: Error occurred while writing the file. The network connection was aborted by the local system ''

however i can press retry a couple of times and this seems to get the backup going again. Then, when it gets close to the end the job fails with the following errors:

This fails and the errors are the same on both servers. However i have Acronis installed on the Domain controller as well and this backs up to the same NAS without any problems.

Does anyone have any ideas for me to try?
