Error restoring backup

Good afternoon and thank you for any help in advance:

I made a disk backup some time ago and now I am trying to recover to a new disk.

If I test the backup with a new "validation task" the result is "succeeded", but when I start recover task to a new disk it fails with some errors that I copy below:

Recovery has failed.

I cannot also mount and image from backup. It shows error:

The Acronis webpage fails and neither doesn't find error code nor provide any solution hint about.

¿Any help?
