Error when restoring a LVM filesystem

Thread needs solution

When we try to restore a server with LVM filesystem, the Acronis Support Disc report an error (code 0xE90002) :
lvm : error while loading shared libraries :libselinux.so.1 : cannot openshared object file : No such file or directory
Failed to restore physical volume /dev/sda5 for volume vg_system

This error happens when we click on Apply raid/lvm settings. Server run RHEL 6.

Hello Martin,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Acronis forum. I will do my best to help you with this issue.

This problem will require additional investigation because it is difficult to say exactly what causes it.

I would appreciate if you could contact our Support team with this report and if you have additional questions please let me know.

Thank you.

Hello,

In fact we are trying a trial version in our environment so we don't have support...

Can i join you the report ?

Thanks,

Hello Souchal!

Thank you for your comment!

Actually we have online support for the trial Customers, you can find more details here. In order to reach support you need to have the trial license registered to your account (which is usually done automatically when you download the demo version, thus the tech department can be accessed from the account with which you have downloaded the trials).

But you can surely send the diagnostic information to me, I will review it and, if needed, forward to the Development team.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you!
