Exchange agent (220) not working when B&R 10 (11105) is installed.

Thread needs solution

Here is a new (konwn) problem.

When you install both B&R10 and exchange agent on the same windows 2003 server (exchange 2003), exchange agent failed when backing up.

This problem may be caused by an error in the acronis scheduler services.

There's no solution at the moment ... this is really an annoying bug.

Is there any solution ?

To overcome the issue please remove Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange, stop the following services:

- Acronis Managed Machine Service;

- Acronis Remote Agent;

- Acronis Scheduler2 Service;

Install Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange and start the above services back.
