Few questions regarding ABR 10 for windows servers

Hello,
We have 1 server that have windows server 2008 r2.
I would like to backup this and have few questions.

1. If i backup with the command line, and have key for universal restore that was enterned in gui, will the universal restore work via command line?
2. do i need to use /use_vss in the command line when i backup the system ?
3. if i am using 3 usb drives rotation, disk one is first week and etc
Week1(Disk1) -> Week2(Disk2) -> Week3 ->(Disk3) Week4(Disk1)
Every backup is incremental(the first one suppose to be full_
When Week1(Disk) is back to rotation on 4th week, will next backup on him be incremental or it must be new full ?
if it will be incremental, what happans if i go like that 3-4 months, will the backup break ? i ask this because as i know your product isnt named as "infininte incremental".
4. when the new version is out, is there somthing new in disk rotation in that version or somthing with windows server 2008 r2?

1) The license information is stored along the agent and it doesn't matter what do you use to initiate the backup, console or command line.
2) Do you back up things that need VSS, like AD or databases?
3) If you delete the ackups, it will start from from the new full one. Also see http://kb.acronis.com/content/14850
