How to configure in a workgroup

I’m looking for input –Best Practice to configure Acronis Backup & Recovery 10
I have 5 desktops and a NAS (buffalo 4TB) in a workgroup under windows 7 Pro -32bit
I configure Acronis with the Administrator account but when I create a new user name acronis backup task breaks when trying to back up to the Vault that is located in the NAS device. I think is because of the new user and I disable the Admin acct, Anyone else has this setup (working) Advice?

Acronis Backup and Recovery doesn't require any special settings when installed in a workgroup, so I doubt that the issue is related to the new Username. There can be several reasons for this issue, and in order to solve the problem, we need to localise the cause. Please gather the following diagnostic information: 

  1. Exact sequense of steps performed
  2. Acronis Info

After that please submit a support case with the information attached, and let us know its number.
