How do I backup this server?

Hi,

I having problem backing my DC, exchange server. Can someone explain how I should create the backup plan. Do the exchange store have to be dismounted when it create the image.....
And the AD, do I still have to use ntbackup for it, or B&R10 does it?

Acronis B&R 10 advance srv build 10.0.12497

Windows 2003 patched - Domain controller
Exchange 2003 patched - DB are on a NAS via Iscsi
