How do I import .tib files into my centralized vault?

Thread needs solution

I have Acronis Backup & Recovery 10.

Previously I created .tib files using bootable media, however now I take the backup directly into my centralised vault.
Is there any way I can import these old .tib files into my vault?

Anyone?

This seems like a logical thing to do.
I could restore them to some hardware then back up again directly into my centralised vault however this seems like a long way around!

Not yet, only in the nearest promised update. Not sure though about possibility of importing older slices into existing archive, or it can only import it into new archive.

Hello all!

We're glad to inform you that currently import of the backups to the vault is absolutely possible, all you need to do is to follow these instructions.

Thank you!

Thank Yana, very kind of you.

I'll post my results.

PS: There is a way i can auto-consolidate an entire archive via command or gui too??

Thanks

You're more than welcome, Tlen! We'll be looking for news from you regarding this question!

Consolidation is actually applied to the entire archive, and it can be surely done with the GUI (which's the easiest way). I've just addressed your question here.

In case you're interested in command line, check out our Command Line Guides, you may find it useful.

Let me know in case you have any questions, I'll be glad to address them!
