Initial seed using backup and recovery 10 online failing

Posted here beacause I'm not sure whether the Acronis online is the correct area to post.

Im using trial B&R10 update 3 to create an initial seed. I have purchased an initial seed license.

When the backup is run, I get a number of the following error messages

I suspect that these are being generated when trying to access the network share

I have since done two more test seeds and get the folowing messages. the first is using a mapped drive rather than shares and the second is backin up one small network share:
