Install Error 06442537 when installing management console

The log indicates the following error: 
Attributes of source directory is invalid (0xFFFFFFFF). Error code: 0x3

Usually such error appears when the connection to the installation file location has been interrupted. In order to solve the problem, please move the installation file to any other local dry and try installing once again. It should resolve the problem.

I too have this error when Upgrading from Build 11639 to build 12457.

It occurs when updating the Agent.

After looking at the logs I did a clean uninstallation of ABR10 using the Uninstall utility, rebooted and then reinstalled.
This time the installation did not raise the error.

Had similar issues upgrading to 11639 when I was running Windows XP so I shouldn't be surprised similar issues still exist with Win7.
