License meanings of "...incl. AAP EN"

As it is on holidays, may anyone tell me about the licensing questions?

1. What is the meanings of "...incl. AAP EN" at the License Certificate? It states as below:

Licensed Product:
Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Server for Windows incl. AAP EN

2. I installed the downloaded source from the "Download-URL" stated at the License Certificate. However, the Serial Number can only used in "Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 license key" and it cannot be used in "Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Universal Restore license key". The "Next" button is disabled.

Does it means that the Universal Restore license key is different?

Thank you for your questions, let me clarify the situation.

  1. "incl. AAP EN" means that this license includes Acronis Advantage Premier Support Agreement, you can find more details here. This agreement is included by default into the purchase of the license of a corporate product, and expires in 12 months. After it - should you decide you still need support via phone or chat, - you can renew it.
  2. You are absolutely correct, Acronis Universal Restore is an add-on, it can be purchased separately and has separate license for it. So the Acronis Universal Restore license key is different.
