License Server on a Virtual Machine

We do not expect any issues with the plan you've specified in case your virtual machine has a good connection with the network where Agents are installed. Please keep in mind that this virtual machine will need to be up and running, since once in several weeks Agents automatically run License Checking, and they should have an access to the License Server.
