Licensed Deduplication machine-- Dedup not an option

When I create a vault on the licensed local machine, deduplication is not available for selection.   If I go to About AB&R 10 deduplication is listed with the correct serial #.  When I attempt to create a new vault (see attached DedupPersonal.JPG) I expected to see an advanced or options or deduplication box/shortcut which doesn't exist as shown on the jpg.

I'm running win 7pro 64bit, AB&R 10 Advanced Workstation build 10.0.11345.

Acronis License Server Management Console (build 11,345) on same system.
