Limitations of Trial version?

Hello,
I have a machine with a RAID 1 configuration, and Windows Server 2003 installed. I need to make a backup, and restore it back to two new larger drives in the raid array. Will the trial version perform this function fully? The comparison sheet says that only the "recovery option" is available. Since I've not used this software before, I don't know what that means.
Any help is appreciated.
