Mouse not captured in Hyper-V how can I control Acronis Bootable CD?
I need to restore an image to a Hyper-V which I am controlling via the Hyper-V manager. I am doing this via Remote Desktop. Anyone that is familiar with this knows that the mouse is not captured unless integration services are installed. Since there are no integration services built into the Acronis Boot Media I have no option but to use the keys for navigation. I had this down to a fine art in version 9 but version 10 interface is completely different (thanks acronis). Although I can navigate the keys, when you are attempting to perform an action ie. recover or backup, you can highlight the the "Change..." text but you cannot select it. Space or Enter does nothing. So I can't enter the path to the archive I need to restore, nor can I enter a path to backup to. This is very frustrating. Please help, this feature is a necessity, I presume many others have run into this. If anyone knows of a solution please forward. Thanks!
BTW - Mouse keys does not work either.

ich habe von einem SBS 2003 ein Backup erstellt und es dann auf einem Server 2008x64 in eine VHD gewandelt Leider lässt sich diese in Hyper nicht starten. Es erscheint sofort nach Starten des virtuellen Servers die Meldung: Fehler beim Laden des Betriebssystems. Diese Meldung kommt sofort nach dem Starten des virtuellen Servers.
Ich habe diesen Prozess schon einige Male durchgeführt und bis jetzt war es immer problemlos.
Was kann der Grund dafür sein??

I am sorry but I do not speak German. If I understood the issue correctly using Google Translate, after converting the image to .vhd, the OS fails to start with the message - Error Loading Operating System.
To get to the bottom of this problem, I would really appreciate if you can provide me with additional information:
1. What build of our software were you running?
2. How did you convert exactly? To Virtual PC?

(I have tried also older versions)
How:
I have installed a Version of Acronis on my new Host (Win 2008 Server), and have choosen convert backup to HYPER V HDD.
That was done without any problem, like always.

I have the same problems:
1. I convert a backup to vhd using Acronis backup recovery 10 (agent ver 10.0.13762) - it was done without problems. But when I connect vhd to HYPER-V on win2012 datacenter - the system can not start . I have bluscreens , error loading system
Second problem
2. I decided to recover image to virtual machine. But if I start acronis recovery cd under Hyper-v - I have no mouse and keyboard. I us usb once. (no PS ports)
Could You help me what should I do ?

To resolve the first issue we will need additional information about the OS that you are using. Please provide us with additional information about the operating system and the steps that you performed. Just in case, currently only Acronis vmProtect 8 supports Windows 2012 Server.
You can resolve the mouse issue by using the solution part of this article. It is most like caused by an issue between our software and Hyper-V. As a temporary workaround you can always navigate using a keyboard.

As I wrote - I use Acronis backup recovery 10 (agent ver 10.0.13762) . I want to covert phisical machine with win2008 std to virtual one on Hyper-v on win2012 data center. When I converted tib on vhd (using Acronis backup recovery 10 (agent ver 10.0.13762) the system can not start .
I can't use keyboard because the keyboard isn't descover too.
