I just installed backup for Linux v10. It seemed to install fine. When run lsmod, I see snapapi26. /var/log/messages has no errors regarding snapapi. However, when I type trueimagecmd --list, I don't see any drives. This is a regular server with non-LVM volumes.

Actually it looks like the SnapApi failed to properly install, so we would like to check this. Could you please kindly send us Linux System Report? It will show us the current state of the system and product itself, and we will be able to provide you with  a solution!
