Recovery Windows Server 2008 R2 on Intel RAID1

Hi all !

I'm new in the RAID technology, but I need to transfer a Windows Server 2008 R2 OS on RAID1 system. I have a server with Intel S5000PSL motherboard. Before the server has one HDD 80 GB. On this HDD is installed Windows Server 2008 R2 OS. Now I have added 2 HDDs 1 TB yet and I have created a RAID 1 system with these 2 HDDs. Now I need to transfer the OS from first HDD on this RAID. My idea is to create a system backup with Acronis, and after that to recover that system image on the RAID by using Universal Restore. But I'm not sure that Acronis will see the RAID system. Guides me anynone how to work with Acronis to resolve my problem ?!
