Replication with 3rd party utility

Since replication to an usb 3.0 does not work as it should (http://forum.acronis.com/forum/31859) I'm looking for a tool that syncronizes to an USB 3.0 drive on file level. When I try to copy all contents of a managed vault to the drive Windows gives an error about the file names being too long. Is there a sync program which can handle this copy process without errors on too long file names? It would be best if it could be scheduled automatically.
