[Resolved] Cannot change Acronis B&R 10 VSS provider to Microsoft Native successfully

I went to vssadmin list writers and the writers don't show any errors

acronis phone support solved this problem by updating the snapapi driver, creating the registry key in its entirety manually, and disabling multi-volume option
