Restore doesn't work

Thread needs solution

I am running "Acronis True Image Workstation with universal restore 9.1 (Build: 3,887.
When I try to restore using the program on the computer I get the message attached. When I click reboot the screen goes back to the home image and nothing happens.
The initial backup and 5 incremental archives are in a folder on the "D" drive. I am trying to restore from #4. It makes no difference which file I select I get the same problem.
When I try to restore from an Acronis recovery CD the software sees the "D" drive but won’t read it. I am trying to restore the "NTFS" partition on the "C" drive.
I am trying to restore using the same software I used to create the backups and there have been no changes to the hardware configuration.

Hello Lloyd,

Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/ | Acronis Corporate Products]]

I am sending you via PMs an ISO file to create another Acronis Booting Rescue Media. This CD is based on ISOLINUX loader and many necessary drivers were added. Please create a new CD and see if the issue remains.

The issue you are experiencing under Windows can't be resolved on the current hardware. You use the latest build of the Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation. This version is an outdated one, and we do not develop it any more.

Thank you.
