Storage Node hang up quietly

Hi support team.

We have a customer with a strange problem in Acronis Virtual 11 with the latest build.

The server are 3 Windows 2008 Standard edition 64 bits, over Dell server, with two servers supporting 4 virtual machines.
The backups are done in a centralized managed vault with tape Powervault from Dell.

The tapes are detected and vault / spools can be done easily.

The problem is when we start a backup of the entire host machines (3) in one task, this one is starting but it is not finishing. The task seems to be freezed, in details we do not see that files are backed up, and the task can not be edited. The strange situation is that we do not have logs to take actions.

Therefore, we need to start the services for storage node and management server to do a change in the task and the same situation. The task is not waiting for human intervention.

In the previous build the problem was more small and some Virtual machines finished the backups with errors and sometimes with success messages. But right now, the task is stopping never.

A problem without logs is a puzzle. Sometimes, we get messages about storage node connected and disconnected.

Please provide us a track and it is a big concern for us about to applying the latest build of Acronis Advance 11 to another customer.
