Tryed to upgrade Echo Server to B&R10, installation failed and now neither Echo Server nor B&R work

Configuration of my customer's server: SBS 2003 standard SP2, Acronis True Image Server 9.1 upgraded to Acronis Echo Server.
I have tried to upgrade Acronis Echo Server to B&R 10 and got an error during agent installation telling it was unable to register DLLs. But the rollback didn't restore my previous configuration, so at the moment I cannot backup the server because I haven't Echo Server nor Backup&Recovery installed. I have tried to reinstall True Image Server 9.1 but after the message telling that a new version of driver is already installed, cannot go ahead.
I need to restore a working version asap, because my customer is without backup at all.
Really a bad experience with Acronis products upgrades, this is not the first time I face against these kind of problems.

I understand the issue and will do everything possible from my side to give you a clear explanation.

First of all, we should get rid of the traces left by Acronis True Image Echo. I suggest you to use Acronis True Image Echo Cleanup utility, or, if the tool doesn't help, please remove the traces manually. You can learn more on how to do it here.

After that reboot the computer to complete the changes, log in to your account on our web site to download the installation file of the latest build #11345. You can learn more on how to download the latest build in this article. Install the latest build of the program. If the issue persists, please obtain the .msi log file (it is available at the bottom of the program window after the installation failure) and attach to your next post. This information will help to find the exact reason of the issue.
