Unable to install Acronis Universal Restore 10

Hi.

I have a licence for Acronis B&R Advanced server 10 (with 3 workstations).
I also have downloaded version 11 as a free upgrade as per my licence agreement/subscription. I am however using Version 10.

I realised that I need universal restore.

I tried to install this via the Management console for Backup and Recover 11 however it fails and I do not know why!

This is the error I get:

Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Universal Restore. Product Version: 10.0.13544. Product Language: 2057. Manufacturer: Acronis. Installation success or error status: 1603.

Attached is the install log.

please advice ASAP!

Either it didn't find the serial for previous version, or it did but didn't find the upgrade one. Or do you try to install UR for ABR10 via console of ABR11 ?

well this maybe the case where i dont have a product key for it however I was told that it would be included when purchasing Advanced Sever licence....
another way for Acronis to make money from an already expensive business product.... yet its included in SBS as you can see from the website.

so where would I purchase this from? Can I purchase it now and download it? Where from?

Before you buy something you already have, check that licenses that you have on the license server do not mention Universal Restore in any way. When they implement downgrade similar to http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:nt8TdXODOMwJ:kb.ac… (the original article #3175 is nuked) you'll be able to buy UR for ABR11 Advanced Server and automatically downgrade it to 10 (keeping the ability to use it with ABR11 AS).

ok so I dont have that listed on my products screen on acronis website. I just have:

Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server Upgrade (United Kingdom) 1 license(s)
Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Workstation Upgrade (United Kingdom) 3 license(s)
Acronis Backup&Recovery Advanced Workstation (United Kingdom) 3 license(s)
Acronis Backup&Recovery Advanced Server General (United Kingdom) 1 license(s)

so where do I go to get the UR?
