Hi, please help on this error message :

Unfortunately due to the lack diagnostic information it is impossible to identify the cause of the problem, and without it we won't be able to solve the issue. 

Please gather the following data: 

  1. Exact sequence of steps performed
  2. What's being restored
  3. How it's being restored (from CD or Windows)
  4. If it's performed from CD:
    - Recovery log
    - Acronis Linux Report
  5. If it's performed from Windows - Acronis Info

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.

I'm using the full backup to my network drive with backup type backup image. I want to restore the file from the network drive to my external hard disk that connected to my local server.

did you ever get an answer or were you able to solve this? I am having the same problem.
