Unable to restore disk using Recovery Console

Thread needs solution

I've been using other backup software that I haven't been happy with, so I searched out a superior product and came across Acronis, which looked to be very promising. I downloaded the trial to run through its paces before pullling the trigger on the purchase.

Win7 64-bit
Have one RADI-1 array of 2 500GB SATA hard drives
Installed True Image 2012 Home
Created Rescue Media
Created Boot Sequence Manager
Exported backup settings
Backed up entire disk to separate drive

Deleted RAID array and MBR
Recreated RAID-1 array with same disks
No hardware changes of any kind

Booted to Rescue CD
Tools & Utilities > Add new disk
Initialized disk in MBR layout
Created new partition

Recovery Wizard > Recover whole disks & partitions
Selected Disk 1: MBR & Track 0, NTFS (System Reserved), NTFS (Unlabeled)
Settings of Partition 1-1: Partition Location (required) NTFS (Unlabeled), Primary Partition, 1MB free space before, 465.8GB partition size, 23KB free space after
Settings of Partition C: SELECTION FOR DRIVE IS GRAYED OUT AND NOT SELECTABLE!
I cannot move past this part to restore backup disk files!
