Upgrade from Acronis 9 to Acronis 10, all the task are not there

Thread needs solution

when I upgrade Acronis from version 9 to 10, the tasks are not listed in the new version anymore.
Also, the Event Viewer has errors like this:

Description:
Scheduler failed to run task with GUID 'D7971C39-9A45-455C-8692-74D28E5F2506' because of error 2 (failed to find the folder or the key value in registry ).

Note: I uninstalled and reinstall Acronis again, but still not help.

The problem is solved by Acronis tech support by clear all the tasks using schedulermanager then recreate the tasks again.
