Validation Task Error

I've succesfully completed backup tasks my virtual servers on ESXi. Than i created sperate task for validation as recommended. However when i run this task recevie the following error:

What can i do ressolve for this error?

I'm using Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 Virtual Edition and the archives that i want to valitade is on a NAS... i have not any vault. It's a personel folder.

It looks to be the issue with connecting to NAS, but still I cannot say for sure due to the lack of sufficient investigation information. Could you please gather Wireshark log , and Acronis Info, submit a case with the information attached, and let us know its number.

I can not reach the server at this time, can not give the information you want.
I think:
In this case, if I can select the tib file on nas drive from the task screen, there is no problem with connecting to nas drive. Do you think wrong?
