Version 11 upgrade

Thread needs solution

I am attempting to upgrade from version 10 to version 11.
Windows 7, 64 bit.
During installation, it indicates it needs licenses. I entered the license numbers, but it is asking for the license for universal restore. Your notes indicate that this can be ignored, as universal restore was part of the upgrade, however the 'next' button is still grayed out, so I cannot continue.

I have valid version 10 licenses for backup & universal restore, but the upgrade only provided a license for backup, as universal restore was included as part of the upgrade package.

Thank you for posting this question.

I checked your account and saw, that you have serials from 9.1 Workstation + Acronis Universal Restore. That serials, you need in order to install the latest upgrade version of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10.

I suggest to do a clean install, means uninstall version 9.1 before. 

Then run your setup and enter first the upgrade key from version 10 and then the 9.1 full key from your workstation.

Then enter the upgrade key for version 10 Acronis Universal Restore and then the 9.1 full key from your Acronis Universal Restore.
