VSS problems

Thread needs solution

I have a SBS 2001 SP1 installation that I do not seem to be able to get backing up.
I have been trawling the forums for a week now and have tried resizing the VSS Writers and slecting different ones to no joy. Below are the errors, some help would be appreciated now as I am struggling.

Out from the message, I cannot identify the used Acronis version. As a solution for this message, you should use the Microsoft VSS Provider instead of Acronis VSS Provider. For Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 I can provide you this article from our knowledge base. For Acronis Backup & Recovery 11, please use this article from our knowledge base.
