When will Backup Recovery 11 support Dell Optiplex 390s????

Searches in the forum show there are a ton of people waiting for this update, we can NOT roll out this version of Acronis until this issue is resolved, pointing us to "custom" bootable CDs is not sufficient. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!!!

We have been using Acronis products including snap and the issue with Optiplex computer has always been the issue. Doesn't Acronis recognize Dell Optiplex computers are used in more than 50% of businesses today and therefore their products should include support for it? I understand that when a new system is introduced that it takes some time to incorporate the drivers but it's been months!
